Communications/Social Media/Media Relations Internship

Description

The Communications/Social Media/Media Relations Internship is open to undergraduate students. You must currently be enrolled in an accredited college/university majoring in public relations, political science, marketing, communications, journalism or related fields and demonstrate excellent written and oral communication skills; experience in working with Microsoft Office Suite; thorough knowledge of social media platforms and experience in developing/sharing videos via social media; detail oriented and reliable. Intern duties may include: assisting in the preparation and distribution of press releases, providing support with social media sites, responding to questions from the public and community organizations, creating and updating media talking points and other duties as necessary.
