The Boston Celtics Member Experience Internship is available to students with prior customer service experience who possess excellent communication, social, active listening, and conflict management skills. Preference will be given to applicants with experience in in entertainment, sports, or events. As an intern, you will work alongside the member experience department to assist in executing the year-round membership benefits and events. The position will require standard office hours, along with night and weekends as needed in Boston, MA.
