The Louis Vuitton Public Relations Internship is available to undergraduate and graduate students who are pursuing a degree in public relations or a related field. To be considered for this opportunity, you should be able and willing to work at assigned location or able and willing to relocate to NYC. As an intern, you will support the public relations team with sample trafficking and logistics, focusing on international shoots within the U.S. You will maintain meticulous records of all incoming and outgoing samples, including Paris loans, using Fashion GPS and PowerPoint. You will also coordinate with messenger and courier services to ensure the timely transfer of all samples, generate shipment invoices and manage daily international outbound shipments, input new samples into the Fashion GPS database and update reference documents for the team, and ensure the showroom is consistently neat, organized, and presentable. This internship is offered in New York, NY, during the fall.
