Mack Trucks Quality Assurance Internship-PAID

Description

The Mack Trucks Quality Assurance Internship is available to students pursuing a degree in business, finance, or related technical or engineering fields at an accredited school and have completed 30 semester hours of undergraduate studies prior to the start of the internship. You must have a minimum GPA of 2.75 and possess strong communication skills to be considered for this role. A passion for development, implementation and continuous improvement in Process Quality and efficiency is a big plus. As an intern, you will work with business managers, Emergency Management Specialist (EMS) Agents, Technical Specialists and Fleet Support Specialists on a variety of tasks related to service information ranging from diagnosing common breakdown occurrences to hands-on automotive workshop activities with a focus on Quality program development. You will also investigate and provide recommendations related to establishment of Quality program processes, metrics and identify training needs of front-line roles across multiple departments. This internship is offered in Greensboro, NC.
