The UnitedHealth Group M & A Analyst Internship is available to students who are majoring in finance and related fields. To be considered for this role, you should have a minimum GPA of 3.5 and possess basic knowledge of financial modeling and valuation techniques. As an intern, you will join a team responsible for executing highly strategic acquisitions and investments to support the enterprise’s overall mission. You will develop critical thinking, sophisticated financial modeling, and extensive communication skills within an exciting and fast-paced work environment. You will also learn basic financial forecasting and business valuation expertise and develop tactical transaction management skills by participating in live transactions, while also learning about UHG’s businesses and overall strategy.
