The Museum of Modern Art (MoMA) Summer Internship is available to upper-division undergraduate students as well as to graduate students and recent graduates. All academic disciplines are encouraged to apply. As an intern, you will gain in-depth exposure to the workings of MoMA’s individual departments, as well as practical and theoretical training in museum practices, and the role of museums in contemporary society. Working under the supervision of one of the museum’s professional staff, you will contribute to timely projects, gain insight into the functions of individual departments, and learn about MoMA’s various collections, exhibitions, and programs for visitors. This 10-week internship is offered in New York, NY.
