The Metropolitan Museum of Art High School Internship is available to students who are two to three years from graduating high school (grades 10 and 11) or obtaining their High School Equivalency degree and who, on the application deadline date, either reside in or attend a high school or home school in New York, New Jersey, or Connecticut. This program allows students to connect with art, museums, and creative professionals as they develop professional skills, network, and gain work experience. Selection is based on a completed application form, short essay responses, and one letter of recommendation from a teacher, school administrator, or another adult who is not related to you. This internship is offered in New York, NY, during the school year and summer.
