The Sustainable Food Internship is available to students with a strong interest in environmental stewardship, sustainable agriculture, or local food production / systems. Interns will gain hands - on experience as organic growers and sustainable food entrepreneurs through programs that build and nourish the community. Previous gardening, greenhouse, restaurant, or culinary experience is desired but not required. This position is located in Dillon and Frisco and Summit County, CO.
