People Experience Partner Internship

Description

The People Experience Partner Internship is open to undergraduate students pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field. You must demonstrate strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills, must be proficient in Microsoft Suite of applications such as Excel and PowerPoint, be eager to learn and intellectual curiosity, be able to manage multiple tasks and projects efficiently in a high-paced setting in order to be considered for this award. Intern duties may include: assist and participate in regular connection and support of the business units based in our Newport Beach office, present work to business leaders at the end of the summer program, conduct research on current trends and best practices in Human Resources related to workforce trends such as turnover and best in class culture levers and other duties as necessary.
