The Smithsonian Environmental Research Center Internship is available to currently enrolled undergraduate and graduate students, or students who have recently graduated. Internships are offered in research, environmental education, citizen science, science communications, and related fields. As an intern, you will conduct independent projects over 10 -16 weeks on a wide range of topics including some of the most profound issues challenging our world today, including habitat loss, climate change, and invasive species.
