The Crystal Bridges Special Events Co-Op is available to hospitality students. To be considered for this opportunity, you should possess excellent customer service and communication skills, hold a valid driver's license, and be extremely detail-oriented. As an intern, you will attend client meetings, planning sessions, and weekly staff meetings to review event operations and logistics. You will shadow special event coordinators during site visits with clients, create BEO’s and layouts for events, and understand inventory management and work directly with rental vendors. You will also work day-of operations by liaising with other departments including facilities, IT/Production, housekeeping, food and beverage, protection services/security, and outside vendors. This internship is offered in Bentonville, AR.
