The UDairy Creamery Leadership and Staff Development Internship is available to undergraduate students at the University of Delaware. You must possess excellent communication skills to be considered for this internship. As an intern, you will be responsible for team building, employee training and retention for the Newark UDairy Creamery, Moo Mobile and UDairy Creamery Café. This position works directly with Creamery management to ensure the team is producing the safest and best product possible while providing the highest level of customer service. You will also lead student employees and ensure that the team has the resources needed to be successful.
