The EY-Parthenon Associate Program is available to undergraduate and graduate students. Internships are offered as a general track or specific track of software strategy or emerging leaders. The Associate Program will give you a diversity of experience across sectors and engagement types. You will be given the space to explore and gain exposure to a variety of opportunities — allowing you to develop the well-rounded strategic skillset that is essential to becoming a transformative business leader.
