Description

The Sony SOC Global Threat Intelligence Remote Internship is available to undergraduate and graduate students pursuing a degree in business, computer science, cyber security, information technology, criminal justice, intelligence analysis, or related field. To be considered for an internship, you should possess excellent communication skills, be proficient in Microsoft Office, be familiar with at least one programming language, and have exceptional research and analytical skills. Additionally, you should be familiar with business intelligence, networking, and cybersecurity concepts and be passionate about using new technologies. Preference will be given to applicants who are fluent in Japanese. During this 12-week program, you will assist the Security Operations Center (SOC) team within the Global Security Incident Response Team (GSIRT). The SOC team is a pivotal part of Sony’s program to secure its information assets, services, and the products that depend on them, building trust with customers and stakeholders and protecting the privacy of Sony’s employees and customers. This internship is offered remotely.
