The Opus One Winery Harvest Berry Sampler Internship is available to students with an interest in agriculture. To be considered for this internship, you should possess basic computer skills, have a positive attitude, be detail-oriented, and willing to learn. As an intern, you will be responsible for collecting, processing, and analyzing berry samples for maturity controls. The position monitors vineyard-related data to present to the Research Manager and the VP of Winemaking for harvest decisions. Time is split between mornings in the vineyards and afternoons in the Lab. Opus One strives to provide a safe, educational, and enjoyable work environment while learning the day-to-day operations within the lab and vineyard to reach absolute wine quality. This internship is located in Oakville, CA, and runs for approximately five months beginning in July.
