Sound Transit Project Controls Internship-PAID

Description

The Sound Transit Project Controls Internship is available to undergraduate and graduate students who are majoring in civil engineering, computer science, finance, architecture, construction management, or other related discipline. To be considered for this internship, you should have an interest in business intelligence applications with the construction industry and in light rail/transit construction. Additionally, you should be detail-oriented and possess strong communication skills. Preference will be given to applicants who are familiar with data visualization software, project and construction management, or project controls. As an intern, you will gain exposure to transit construction and the core tenants of budget, schedule, and scope control. You will learn about how project data is collected, transformed, and analyzed to proactively identify project performance trends. You’ will also learn how to refine information into key performance indicators and visualizations, to enable project decision-making. This internship is offered in Seattle, WA.
