Varda Spacecraft Engineering Summer Internship-PAID

Description

The Varda Spacecraft Engineering Summer Internship is available to undergraduate and graduate students pursuing a degree in Materials Science, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Engineer, or Electrical Engineering, or similar Engineering fields. To be considered for an internship, you should be a U.S. citizen/permanent resident, have demonstrated ability to solve engineering problems, knowledge of engineering and equipment fundamentals, have the desire to work in a technically complex and fast-moving environment, and possess excellent communication skills. Preference will be given to applicants who have previous internship or co-op experience, have experience on technical project teams (Rocket club, formula SAE, etc.), and have familiarity with related programs and procedures. As an intern, you will own or contribute to hardware or software design to support development of Spacecraft or payload, create or support test campaigns and build test campaigns, and perform necessary analysis to support development and testing. This internship is offered in Los Angeles, CA, during the summer.
