John D. MacArthur Beach State Park Undergraduate Internship

Description

The John D. MacArthur Beach State Park Undergraduate Internship is available to undergraduate students who have a minimum GPA of 2.5. Internships are offered in Environmental Education, Park and Recreation Administration, and Communications/Marketing and Public Relations. As an intern, you will gain exposure to a variety of administrative and hands-on experiences such as natural science education, budgeting, staff supervision, hiring, training, programming, marketing, special events, facility management/operations, the opportunity to attend staff, board, and advisory committee meetings, etc. On-site housing is provided at no cost to interns. This internship is located in Palm Beach County, FL, and is offered during the fall, spring, and summer semesters.
