Description

The Make-A-Wish Colorado Volunteer Coordination Internship is available to students 18 years of age and older who are looking for a rewarding internship experience. To be considered for this internship, you must be able to multi-task, have proficiency with computers, and possess excellent organizational, internet research, and communication skills. As an intern, you will give your time and talents to help bring hope, strength, and joy to children who have critical illnesses. You will participate in a variety of activities including, but not limited to: filing volunteer documentation, creating recognition strategies and events, communicating with wish granters and event volunteers, recruiting volunteers in targeted regions, assisting with the internship program, and matching designated volunteers to wish families. This internship is located in Greenwood Village, CO, and is offered during the spring, summer, and fall semesters.
