The Colin Powell Leadership Program Internship is available to students who possess the potential and aspiration to become future Civil Service leaders at the State Department. To be considered for this internship, you must be enrolled at accredited institution of higher education and demonstrate strong academic, cross cultural, and leadership potential. As an intern, you will receive official training, mentoring, on-the-job experience for long-term success, and the potential for full-time employment with the Department of State.
