Land Animal Caregiver Internship-PAID

Description

The Land Animal Caregiver Internship is available to applicants 18 years of age and older who are interested in zoology. You must have a high school diploma/equivalent, be comfortable speaking in front of large groups, possess excellent communication skills and be able to work in an outdoor environment to be considered for this internship. Additionally, you must be able to lift 50 pounds and be available to work weekends, evenings, and holidays. As an intern, you will maintain cleanliness of all assigned areas, prepare diet and keep records, learn and perform show parts, assist with educational programs and guest relations, and help with animal care, feeding, and training sessions as assigned. This internship is located in Vallejo, CA.
