The Oracle Customer Success Internship is available to junior and senior - level undergraduate students and second year and above graduate students. As an intern, you will work directly with the Customer Success Strategic Program Manager, collaborate with internal stakeholders to ideate and execute innovative approaches, assist with baseline requirements and support for communications framework, provide support with content for the organization-wide newsletter, support training and accreditation programs, and perform general reporting and analysis in alignment with operations.
