Description

The Cybersecurity Directorate Summer Intern Program (CSDIP) is available to junior and senior level undergraduate students, graduate students, and doctoral students. You must be majoring in cybersecurity, computer science, computer engineering, information systems, information assurance, computer forensics, systems engineering, or network engineering to be eligible for this internship. Additionally, you must be a U.S. citizen and eligible to be granted a security clearance. As an intern, you will learn how to prevent and eradicate threats to National Security Systems (NSS) and critical infrastructure, with a focus on the Defense Industrial Base. You will collaborate across industry and government to expose foreign cyber espionage, patch critical vulnerabilities, modernize encryption, and issue unique, timely, and actionable cybersecurity guidance, and will have unique access to classified and unclassified data to solve hard problems and secure critical systems.
