The Labor Market Information Services Internship is open to residents of Kansas. You must have experience in Microsoft Office, ability to think critically and perform statistical analysis in an efficient manner, concisely explain technical information and work well with others, willingness to learn new skills to further enhance current reports, answer phone calls, emails, and letters in a courteous manner. Intern duties may include, assisting with gathering data and reviewing the annual and biannual report, assist the Press Release team to produce accurate and timely data for the monthly Labor Report and assist with processing special requests received via phone, fax, mail, or the preferably the Labor stats email and track them in the Special Request Database. Other duties and responsibilities may be included as necessary.
