The A4TE Social Media Internship-Remote is available to applicants who are passionate about social, racial, economic, and gender justice. You must be proficient in trans-specific and LGBTQ+ news, events, issues, and trends to be eligible for this internship. Additionally, you must have experience with social media/digital and/or community organizing/advocacy, be adaptable, possess excellent communication and proofreading skills, be familiar with Microsoft Office and Slack/Zoom, and have reliable internet. Preference given to applicants who have experience managing a Facebook and/or Twitter account with over 10,000 followers, drafting website/social media copy, social media analytics, Adobe Creative Cloud or Canva. Fluency in Spanish is a bonus. As an intern, you will assist with updating website content, maintain the social media calendar, execute content, monitor postings, and promote TLDEF’s programs, news, and events to drive social media engagement.
