Description

The PFLAG Chapter Engagement Internship is available to college students and recent graduates who reside in the U.S. You must demonstrate commitment to LGBTQ+ equality, have experience with Google Suite, Microsoft Office, or Zoom, and possess excellent written, verbal, and organizational skills to be considered for this internship. Additionally, you must commit to working 20 hours per week, either remotely or at the PFLAG national office in Washington, D.C. Preference given to applicants who have experience with community-based, grassroots organizing or electoral/campaign mobilization work in the nonprofit, education, social work, human services, or community engagement sectors. The Chapter Engagement intern will support departmental staff and their role in supporting PFLAG’s chapter network.
