Description

The Human Resources Intern is available to students pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business management or equivalent area. You must have a minimum GPA of 3.0, some experience/familiarity with Performance Management, Employee Relations, Staffing, Compensation, Diversity, and Organizational/Management Development, and strong communication, interpersonal, influencing, coaching and consulting skills to be considered for this position. As an intern, you will have a strong understanding and knowledge of business analytics to enable and influence leaders to make sound talent decisions and promote employee engagement and healthy/positive/productive employee relations.
