The Technical Writing Intern is available to junior or senior level student pursuing a degree in journalism, technical writing, creative writing or other degree plan focused on technical writing. You must have a minumum GPA of 3.0, prior military service and/or experience with military technical manuals, and beginner proficiency with publishing software (e.g. Adobe Framemaker) to be considered for this position. As an intern, you will learns to create, develop, plan, and write aircraft technical manuals for operational, instructional, maintenance or test procedures for paper, multimedia or web-based publication using industry standards.
