Description
The Intern, Harvest Assistant Winemaker is available to students with a degree in enology and/or viticulture. You must be a minimum of 21 years old, previous harvest experience in winery production, excellent organizational and communication skills, and good communication skills – oral and written. As anintern, you will conduct daily fermentation monitoring including tank temperatures, cap inspection and management.
