The Technical Intern - Process Excellence is available to students who have completed your sophomore or junior year and be enrolled in a degree-seeking programs and graduate program. You must be interested in working in the Aerospace industry, strong written and verbal communication skills,and detail-oriented, analytical, with problem-solving skills to be considered for this position. As an intern, you will assist Change Management Lead in the reorganization of the configuration management database to improve the maturity and effectiveness of tracking IT assets and improving ITIL-based processes.
