Description
The Process Development Engineering Intern is available to students working toward a Masters or PhD in electrical engineering or physics. You must have problem solving skills, minimum GPA of 3.0, and experience in the aread of semiconductor device physics, device processing, electrical characterization, bipolar transistors, and TCAD to be considered for this position. As an intern, your responsibilities include device physics, silicon experimentation, device characterization, data analysis, and modeling of the device in circuits and system behavior to meet product requirements and system needs.
