The UX Research Intern is available to students enrolled in PhD programs in HCI, information science, or related fields. You must have extensive qualitative and quantitative research skills as shown through several projects and publications to be considered for this position. As an intern, you will focus on understanding how and why people consume news content on the internet. This will touch on many current issues of news bias, misinformation, societal polarization, as well as take a broad look at "news" as it applies to lifestyle and entertainment topics.
