The Brookings Institution Research and Events Summer Internship is available to undergraduate students in their junior or senior year and graduate students with an interest in European affairs and transatlantic relations. You will have to demonstrate interest in one or more of the following areas: European affairs, the European Union, transatlantic relations, Russia, and European security issues. English fluency is required; proficiency in additional language(s) is also desired. Superior writing and editing abilities, strong organizational and analytical skills, interpersonal acumen, and acute attention to detail are essential to be considered for this position. As an intern, you will acquire substantive professional experience while working with the staff and scholars in the Center on the United States and Europe (CUSE) at Brookings to assist with programmatic and administrative work, event coordination, and research support.
