The Mosquito Technician Internship-North Morrow Vector Control is avaialble to students that want to further their education in the study of agriculture, biology or other applied sciences, this position would be a great resume builder as well as field experience with the possibilities to earn credits through your college internship program. You must have a valid driver’s license and be at least 18 year years old, be able to work outside for extended periods during hot weather, and be able to routinely pick up objects up to 30 pounds and occasionally up to 50 pounds to be considered for this position. As an intern, you will survey the assigned area for mosquito larval sources and such as irrigated pastures, ditches, marshy areas, water troughs, storm drains, etc.
