Description

The Women’s History Institute Internship Remote is available to graduate, undergraduate or superior high school student with an interest in women’s history. You must be curious, detail-oriented, and able work independently from home, accessing scans of primary documents online. As an intern, you will read and transcribe handwritten letters from the family of Judge Josiah Ogden Hoffman (1766-1837), many of which were written by women, including Judge Hoffman’s daughter, Alice Anna Hoffman (1770-?), and her influential circle of friends.
