The General Press Intern is availalbe to students who are self-motivated, detail-oriented individuals who enjoy interacting with people and building connections and are able to perform well under time-constraints and heavy workloads. You must have passion for the performing arts is preferred to be considerd for this position. As an intern, you will be promoting the activities and initiatives of the institution in local, national, and international media outlets. The department works year-round to publicize current performances, inspire interest in future programming, and project the mission, vision, and values of the Kennedy Center’s support for the arts.
