The Charlotte Motor Speedway Operations Internship is available to quick-learning and self-starting students who desire to gain an extensive working knowledge of NASCAR, short-track, drag racing, and special events. You must be a team player, customer-friendly, organized, proficient in Word and Excel, outgoing, professional and able to deal effectively with frequent interruptions in a demanding environment to be considered for this internship. As an intern, you will assist in all aspects of on-track and competition racing operations including staff management, hiring/recruiting, jet dryer logistics, maintenance, track repair, event scheduling and management, on-track racing activities, and safety/ground logistics. This internship is offered in Charlotte, NC.
