The L’ORÉAL USA Sales Undergraduate Internship is available to students pursuing a bachelor's degree with an expected graduation between December 2022 – July 2023. You must have a minimum GPA of 3.0 to be eligible for this internship. Additionally, you must be able to start working full-time beginning in July 2023 upon completion of your bachelor's degree and be willing to relocate to New York, NY, Bentonville, AR, Deerfield, IL, Minneapolis, MN, Lincoln, RI, or Berkeley Heights, NJ. Selection is based on previous internship/work experience, demonstrated leadership ability, and an interest in sales through academics, extracurricular activities, or professional/volunteer work. As an intern, you will be fully integrated into the day-to-day activities of a beauty industry team (E-Commerce, Commercial Strategy, Account Management, or Brand Business Development/Category Development), create compelling consumer stories, work with retail partners, analyze data, and own an individual project with strategic business impact that you will present to senior leadership within the Consumer Products Division sales teams.
