The Intern - Corporate Strategy & Development is available to 1st year MBA students. You must have 2+ years’ experience at a consulting firm or investment bank and experience building management presentations with PowerPoint to be considered for this position. As an intern, you will support all parts of the M&A process: strategic assessment, target evaluation, due diligence, deal execution and integration planning.
