The Organizational Development Intern is available to students with a bachelor’s degree in a relevant area of study. You must be completing graduate coursework in organizational development, human resources, education, instructional design, organizational behavior management or industrial / organizational psychology, or a performance-related discipline. You must have superior analytical skills and strong written and verbal communication skills to be considered for this position. As an intern, you will work with all levels of management on leadership development and employee engagement initiatives.
