The Graduate Internship is available to first and second year students majoring in supply chain/manufacturing, insights and information technology. Mattel offers challenging summer internships for students enrolled full-time in accredited programs. As an intern, you will learn the complexities of the department to which they are assigned, spend time with senior level executives, attend "Meet & Eat" presentations and seminars, take field trips to enhance their understanding of the company's various operations, and, of course, attend entertaining social events.
