Description

The MBA Internship - Southwest Airlines University, Learning Strategy & Analysis - Summer 2016 is available to students currently enrolled in a two-year MBA or MS in learning sciences, organizational psychology, organizational development, or related program. You must have a minimum GPA of 2.5 and minimum of 2 years of work experience preferred (full-time, part-time, or internship), with experience in an organizational development role, preferably with experience in training evaluation to be considered for position. As an intern, you will be responsible for analyzing and evaluating the development and delivery of all training programs, e-learning, and classes.
