The MBA Internship - Change Leadership - Strategic Planning - Summer 2016 is available to students with a bachelors degree in organizational change, change leadership, or related degree is required. You must have a minimum GPA of 3.0 and a minimum of 2 years of work experience in a field or scope related to Change Leadership; previous consulting experience and/or experience on a large-scale project is preferred to be considered for this position. As an intern, your assignments will include partnering with Change Leadership Team members as they apply the Change Leadership methodology across the rollout of Southwest’s most strategic initiatives.
