HR Business Intelligence Internship

Description

The HR Business Intelligence Internship is available to graduate students majoring in business administration, industrial psychology, decision science or a related analytical field. Intern duties will include querying HR Systems to pull data and the creations of workforce metrics and dashboards, assisting the HRBI analysts with ad hoc queries and analysis for the HR Business Partners and other customers and working with the Report Governance lead to ensure all key reports are pulling accurate data and the creation of new reports align with reporting standards. You must have experience organizing, cleaning and analyzing data and presenting results, in either a business or academic setting, attention to detail, and good communication skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office to be considered for this internship.
