Description
The Medical Nurse Internship is available to recent graduates from an accredited school of nursing or have less than 6 months of nursing experience. The Medical Nurse Internship Program (MNIP) is a unique 16-week program that integrates educational components with preceptor-led clinical experiences on the medical units. You must pass NCLEX, be licensed as an RN in Delaware and full time orientation is required, with commitment to work at Christiana Care for 20 months on a medical unit after completing the internship to be eligible for this internship.
