Description

Alaska SeaLife Center offers an Animal Husbandry Internship to college students who are majoring in fisheries, marine biology, oceanography, and aquariums. Interns take part in the Center's dedication to understanding and maintaining the integrity of the marine ecosystem of Alaska through research, rehabilitation and public education. Duties may include basic animal husbandry techniques and aquarium exhibit preparation. You must be able to commit to working 40 hours per week for at least 12 weeks. Housing, stipend and academic credit may be available.
