Copper Mountain College is a community college located in Joshua Tree, California, USA. It was accredited in 2001 as the 108th such institution in the state.

CMC is an offshoot of the College of the Desert. It was originally an extension college for members of the Marines stationed at the Marine Corps Air Ground Combat Center in Twentynine Palms, California.

It is an independent college, and is no longer affiliated with College of the Desert. Coyotes is the nickname for future CMC athletic teams.
