Dr. Norman W. Nightingale Scholarship

The Dr. Norman W. Nightingale Scholarship is open to full-time seniors at Frostburg State University. You must have completed the requirements for entrance into the Phase III of teacher education and have a minimum GPA of 3.0 to qualify for this award. Applicants must have residency from the Maryland counties of Washington, Allegany and Garrett or the contiguous counties defined by FSU as Berkeley, Grant, Hampshire, Jefferson, Mineral and Morgan in West Virginia; Bedford, Fulton, Franklin and Somerset in Pennsylvania; and Loudoun County, Virginia.
