Description
The Clarence R. Whisler College Scholarship is available to student members of the Best of Iowa Community Credit Union. High school seniors must be Status One members and college students must have an account in their own name and be in good standing at BICCU. To be eligible for this award you must provide an essay on the topic: What is the Credit Union movement, how does it help you, and how can you promote it? Non-traditional students, over the age of 23, are also eligible.
