Description
The Dr. Foster B. Gibbs Scholarship is available to seniors graduating from Arthur Hill or Saginaw High School who will complete a program of studies that will fulfill all graduation requirements, including the completion of a shared - time course of studies at either the Saginaw Career Complex or the Saginaw Arts and Sciences Academy. You must have a minimum 2.5 GPA to be eligible for this award.
